Trip with motorhome în Spain. We continue our visit to Barcelona with a walk along La Rambla and a visit to Casa Batlló, one of Antoni Gaudí’s masterpieces.
La Rambla is considered the most famous street in the centre of Barcelona. It is a tree-lined pedestrian street that stretches for 1.2 kilometres and connects the Plaça de Catalunya at its centre with the Christopher Columbus Monument in Port Vell. La Rambla forms the border between the Barri Gòtic neighbourhood to the east and El Raval to the west.
Casa Batlló is a building in the center of Barcelona, Spain. It was designed by Antoni Gaudí, and is considered one of his masterpieces. A remodel of a previously built house, it was redesigned in 1904 by Gaudí and has been refurbished several times after that. Gaudí’s assistants Domènec Sugrañes i Gras, Josep Canaleta and Joan Rubió also contributed to the renovation project.
